Payment terms: For order <=USD3000.00, 100% T/T in advance. For order >USD3000.00, 30% of deposit upon order confirmation,and balance will be paid before shipment.

Are samples available?

Yes, regular samples are available. Customized sampling is also supported. Reasonable sample cost will be charged and refund in the next bulk order. Sample freight is by your side.

What are main rack and add on rack?

The difference between the two racks is upright. Main rack is the start rack with 2 uprights and add on rack is the continued rack with 1 upright only. For example, if there are 10 wall racks, the overall structure will be 1 main rack+ 9 add on racks.

Generally, it is knockdown package, bubble films for uprights and beams, cartons for other parts. Or customized package safe for long-distance transportation.
