Product Description

Light storage shelves, also known as lightweight shelves or angle steel shelves, are made of high-quality cold plate (SPCC) and Q235 steel. It is composed of steel laminates and universal angle steel profiles, which are combined by angle codes and specialized pins. It has a beautiful appearance, easy assembly, and the steel layer board can be adjusted up and down at a spacing of 55mm. Multiple sets of lightweight shelves can be connected to enhance the overall stability of the shelves.

The light storage shelf consists of three parts: column pieces, crossbeams, and layer boards. The column is cold-rolled from high-quality steel plate and punched with a lathe. The common hole type is a butterfly hole; The crossbeam is made of P-shaped steel, with hanging parts welded at both ends, also known as column clamps, used to connect the columns; The layer board is made of steel plate edge welding, with three to four reinforcing ribs welded below. The height of the layer board can be freely adjusted in multiples of 50mm.

What are main rack and add on rack?

The difference between the two racks is upright. Main rack is the start rack with 2 uprights and add on rack is the continued rack with 1 upright only. For example, if there are 10 wall racks, the overall structure will be 1 main rack+ 9 add on racks.

Generally, it is knockdown package, bubble films for uprights and beams, cartons for other parts. Or customized package safe for long-distance transportation.
