In the field of warehousing and logistics, the load-bearing capacity and structural safety of shelves are the core criteria for measuring their quality, which is directly related to the operational safety and efficiency of the entire warehouse. Recently, a batch of heavy storage racks rated at three tons of our company successfully passed the rigorous weighing test and on-site load-bearing test under the witness of customers and third-party personnel, proving its extraordinary robustness and reliability with excellent performance.

This test aims to simulate the real performance of the shelf under extreme working conditions, completely eliminating customers' doubts about load-bearing data. The testing process is scientific, impartial and transparent:

Phase 1: Precision Weighing Test At the start of the test, all weights used for loading were rigorously weighed using calibrated high-precision electronic scales. We ensured that each counterweight was accurately measured, with a cumulative total weight reaching and slightly exceeding the standard requirement of three tons. This step ensures the absolute accuracy and authority of the test data from the outset, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent load-bearing tests.

Phase

2: On-Site Load-Bearing Test.The core load-bearing test is conducted at the customer's designated storage location. The operator uses a forklift to smoothly and evenly place a total of three tons of test counterweights (typically standard steel weights or heavy cargo simulants) in the designated position on the shelf beams. Throughout the loading process, the field engineer closely monitors the overall condition of the shelves.
